Promo video of photogrammetry rig and overview of its capabilities and functions. Through three years of precise design and research, I've engineered a solution that offers speed, reliability, silent operation and ease of use. In full 3D scanning mode, the rig rotates the subject in predefined number of horizontal steps, repeating the same action upon moving the camera upwards. Capable of carrying the full size DSLR camera and lens it takes equally spaced photographs from the same distance resulting in clean and concise 3D scans each time. Python scripting enable automatic processing of acquired images, precise measuring and aligning the model while minimizing the need for manual processing and cleanup. In addition to existing features, I've added two new modes aimed at enhancing your experience. The first mode is tailored to capture flat surface subjects like cloth with precision, ensuring optimal results. The second mode focuses on capturing materials directly from the subject, providing versatility and accuracy in your scans.
