In late 1995, The Beatnix performed She Loves You live-to-air on The Midday Show at the Sydney Channel 9 studios. The musicians performing as The Beatnix on this track were Bruce Coble (myself, as "John"), Steven Shipley (as "Paul"), David Wood (as "George") & John Taylor (as "Ringo"). This was the last time that these four musicians performed on The Midday Show with The Beatnix. At the end of 1995, all four musicians left The Beatnix, which was owned & managed by someone else, & they formed their own group - The Beatels - which they owned & managed themselves. In fact in 1996, both The Beatnix and The Beatels appeared on the Midday Show on the same day, which was awkward, to say the least. In true Beatles fashion, soon after forming The Beatels, the management of The Beatnix launched a number of legal damages claims cases against us, & those legal actions continued on for a number of years, although ultimately came to nothing.
