San Nicola Arcella is a small beach resort along the south west coast of Italy. Perched above the Tyrrhenian Sea, a mixture of new and old, San Nicola is a relaxing holiday destination for many Italians. Little known outside of Italy, the heart of the town is the centro storico. A maze of narrow streets, piazzas, bars and restaurants, San Nicola is a traditional Calabrese seaside town. The property is located along Via Telegrafo on the edge of town. A row of 4 independent villa’s we have a three bed mid row for sale. The villa consists of basement ground and first floor covering over 300 sq mtrs. Entry to the villa is directly off the main street into a drive way large enough for two or three cars.The driveway is paved with gardens either side.
