In this two-part video, I share my personal experience of having a c-section in order to help dispel any fears or misconceptions that viewers may have about the procedure. I understand that not everyone has the privilege of choosing whether or not to have a c-section, but for those who do, I hope that this video can be a source of empowerment for expectant mothers who may feel hesitant or guilty about not having a "natural" birth.
