Singapore-based start-up Peptobiotics named winner of SLINGSHOT pitching competition

Venture funding for start-ups in Singapore fell slightly in the first nine months of 2022 to $11.4 billion, compared with $11.6 billion in the same period last year. Enterprise Singapore said the total value of later-stage investments fell by 25%, but early-stage investments grew 45%. Singapore-based start-up Peptobiotics has won the grand finals of the SLINGSHOT competition. It focuses on developing the world's first synthetic biological alternative to livestock antibiotics.
