After many years as a conventional farmer, Francesc Font Rovira knew something had to change. Barely making a profit, his monocultures were vulnerable to disease, and he knew his practices were destroying the environment. Now, he is one of the farmers at the forefront of a sustainable farming movement: the Regenerative Agriculture Revolution. Regenerative agriculture is all about working in harmony with nature, rather than against it – for the benefit of farmers, consumers and the natural environment. By ditching chemical additives, integrating animals and diversifying crops, Francesc is producing more nutritious food and replenishing the land for generations to come.
