15 Minute Shoulder Stretch, Strengthen & Stability Exercises for Shoulder Pain Relief

Join me for a 15 minute pilates session is to relieve shoulder pain, increase shoulder strength, mobility and function. It's not always because there is a problem, it can sometimes be just because the body has not learnt to use the shoulder and back muscles correctly - so I've created this video for all those reasons. It includes shoulder strengthening exercises to build shoulder strength and functionality in a safe, low impact way. It is useful if you're recovering from injury or frozen shoulder as well as other neck and shoulder pain. Exercises include shoulder mobilisation, external rotation, flexion and extension as well as building strength in the stabilising muscles of the shoulder. As always be guided by how it feels, work within your comfort zone and remember it's more important to get things moving well functionally. Once function has returned and you have good basic strength you can move onto more challenging exercises in other videos. Take you time and you will see improvements with repetition.
