Gluten morning☀️ In case you’re new here…Hi! My names kitty, I’m 19 and i run a little bakery in my town, Watlington. Cheesecake brownie recipe: Ingredients 120g dark chocolate 120g butter 2 eggs 120g caster sugar 50g brown sugar 70g plain flour 120g cream cheese 1tsp vanilla paste (optional) Method Preheat your oven to 180c/350f 1)Melt your butter over a low heat in a medium saucepan, once melted add your chocolate (chopped or in chips), stir until melted then set aside. 2)Whisk your eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl, then pour in your chocolate. Stir into a batter then fold in your flour. In a separate bowl, whisk your cream cheese and vanilla (if using) into a runny paste -add milk if necessary. 3)Pour the brownie batter into a lined baking tray, scoop the cream cheese on top. Then with the end of a knife or skewer, swirl the cream cheese through the batter. 4)Bake for 20-25 minutes (edges should be set but middle should be very soft).
