G-Steel Watch GST-W110D Full Review

This is my first G-Steel watch. I already have some GAW-100 G-Shock watches which use the same module, so I'm already familiar with all of the functions of this watch and all of the set-up steps. This uses module 5444. Like many other G-Shocks, it's water resistant to 200 meters. It has Casio's "Tough Solar" power system which allows you to keep the battery charged pretty-much effortlessly. The "Multiband 6" system means the watch has the ability to set itself to "Atomic Time" every night when it's within range of any of six Atomic Time transmitters in different parts of the Northern Hemisphere. It also has a World Time mode, a one-hour stopwatch, five alarms, an hourly signal and a countdown timer which will count any number of minutes and seconds from just one second up to a full 100 minutes. There are a few variations of this G-Steel watch, some with metal bracelets and some with resin bands. There are also some which don't have "Multiband 6" but have all of the other functions and features. There are also some which are smaller, such as the GST-W310 models. If you are familiar with any of the AWG-M100 or GAW-100 G-Shock watches then you already know how to use this watch. I was intrigued by the prospect of buying this G-Steel model because I liked the idea of having one which was mostly metal as opposed to those others which are mostly resin. But I dragged my feet on buying this watch simply because it costs so much more than the other models. Eventually, I decided my budget was ready to go for a G-Steel watch and it's quite nice. I'm very happy I bought it. And it really tends to sparkle when I use the backlight at night. Very pretty.
