Soviet GP-5 VS Chinese TF-1 Gas Mask/Respirator

A comparison of the Soviet GP-5 Respirator and the very similar Chinese TF-1 respirator, the TF-1 is a modern Chinese industrial mask heavily based on the Soviet ShM respirator series, the GP-5 is the ShM-62U mask. The TF-1 uses plastic parts in place of most of the metal parts on the GP-5, it's most interesting feature is a standardised 40mm intake unlike the GOST thread on the GP-5.
