Road test vehicle (11:16am 5586 miles - 11:37am @ 5591 miles). Significant lack of acceleration is experienced, trans intermittently hangs between gears. Connect battery charger and test for codes w/ frEeze 719000 ja129626 de P21620Sd P261991. & P205395 a Exabyate triggered the CEL. P246385 & P246364 "The fill level of the diesel particulate filter is too high" are currently failing. Test fill level of DPF - 288%, 23.1g of soot. Inspect regeneration history, found several regen interruptions due to Temperature sensor upstream of diesel particulate filter (B19/13). Performed plausibility test of all temp sensors - plausible. Test voltage supply of B19/13 - 4.9V. R&R CDI control unit (N3/47) and test continuity of wiring between N3/47 & B19/13 - 0.3 ohms. Test internal resistance of B19/13 - 276 ohms. Capture diagnostic performance data at idle. Test DPF differential pressure key on engine off - OhPa. Disconnect Differential pressure sensor (B28/8) and test terminal integrity of pin sockets tight. Inspect hoses and lines to B28/8, found the hose connection at the rear of the DPF is pinched under the hose holding clamp near the B28/8 connection due to improper routing, causing hose to collapse. R&R Differential pressure sensor. WIS document # AR07.04-D-0025TSR states "Do not remove hoses from B28/8. Malfunction or damage can occur" Replaced Differential pressure sensor and collapsed hose Performed manual regeneration of the DPF while driving (10:54am @ 5591 miles - 12:12pm @ 5611 miles) due to current codes and fill level of 288%. On first attempt XKT3 crashed necessary to return to shop to restart XKT3 and perform login. On second attempt, when beginning regen engine stalled and attempt was aborted. Successfully performed regeneration of the DPF on the third attempt: Recheck codes, all codes are now stored. Cleared codes and Capture diagnostic performance data at idle after repair. Road test vehicle, drivability issue is no longer experienced. Retest for codes w/ SDS - no codes returned. Inspect fill level of DPF 3%, 0.3g of soot. System functioning as designed. 1276 NON TIME TO REPLACE HOSE
