An early acting teacher taught us all the importance of proper tongue posture and claimed it would have enormous effects on our bone structure, the future development of our eyes, and our breathing patterns even. Today, the practice known as mewing has gained a decent amount of traction, but I wanted to address this topic because of its enormous health implications.
