✈️ 40 minutos de GRAN Avistamiento de Aviones en MONTEVIDEO Aeropuerto Carrasco Uruguay Featured Aircraft: A319s, A320s, A330s, B727s, B737s, B767s, B777s, B787s, CRJ200s, E190s & E290s! Montevideo Airport is Uruguay's biggest and busiest airport and home base for local cargo airline "Air Class Cargo" which still operate 2 Boeing 727s. The airport has 2 runways, 06/24 and 19/01. Most aircraft are going to use 24/06 as it is the longest runway. Fortunately, that is the runway with the best place for plane spotting. As shown in the video, this location is on the embankment of a highway that runs parallel with the runway and offers a tremendous view above the fence of all the action! The purpose of my visit to Montevideo was to get some footage of the 727 that is based there and I can safely say that the trip was a great success. I managed to get both 727s from 2 different runways. One on runway 19 and the other on runway 06. Along with that, I was able to capture some footage of all the local traffic too. This video was filmed within the hours of 12am-2pm and focuses on the entire morning rush! This morning was the busiest morning at MVD with pretty much every flight including Lufthansa Cargo and 2 LATAM 767 cargos flying in and out. All that was missing was American Airlines seasonal Miami service! Filmed in May of 2024!
