The Fan Stitch crochet pattern is a fairly straight forward stitch to work that really stands out when worked in multiple colours. There are many different types of fan stitches. This one is worked by making "fans" of triple/treble stitches and then alternating them with rows of single crochet. In the pattern today I have worked the rows of single crochet in a contrasting colour to really make the fan stitches stand out.
