RECIPE: Finnish Creamy Fish Soup Ingredients: 1/2 onion, 300 g fish (cod, salmon), 300 g potatoes, 300, 2 dl cream, dill Procedure: fry the onion in a little olive oil, add a little water (or broth), add the diced potatoes, let it cook. When the potatoes are cooked remove excess water, add the fish, add salt, let it boil again (the fish should cook in a few minutes), turn off the heat, add the cream and dill.
