T-One Models A-10 EDF conversion: Fuselage, nose and wiring. Part 6

In part 6 the Nose section has been connected to the main fuselage with the three supplied M4 bolts with copious amounts of blue Loctite. After soldering the connectors to the Esc's wires and fan connectors the engine pods were also attached to the main fuselage with the supplied M4 bolts with blue Loctite. The upper tray in the nose section was removed as it sits to high in the nose to place 4 6s batteries in any practical order and a new tray was cut as well as two new shelves were created roughly a half inch below where the original was. This is in order to clear the cockpit and canopy mechanism. The factory wiring and lighting harness required some changes in order to function properly. As noted a four way connector and a pair of extra wires were removed that were not needed. Your setups will vary based on your plane options and weather or not you use the wiring harness that is available for the kit. In the nose section there is enough room under the bottom tray to put any extra lighting wire after all connections are made. There will NOT be room for the main wiring from the servo harness. There is plenty of room under the main fuse tray and you will want to place it as far forward as possible. Most people who own this kit will advise it takes anywhere from 3 -4lbs of extra weight in the nose to reach CG are correct and be prepared to be creative. There is plenty of room under the front batter tray for any weight you may need to add. I have roughly 2lbs of batteries for the power system and receiver in the nose and needed an additional 12-20oz to reach CG with the gear down based on the CG range given. Finalization of wiring, CG and ground test coming!
