#1 Master Walkthrough Spring 2-3 [Harvest Moon: Back to Nature] [LONGPLAY]

[Pro tip: watch in 1.25x speed! It will feel much nicer.] This walkthrough follows the one-year merciless plan outlined by SkyRender in his legendary guide (https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps/4464.... Compared to my previous playthrough 3 years ago, this time round I have better grasp of the game mechanics as well as better video editing skills! So please enjoy the nostalgia. Also I played this with PAL version, the fps is slower, so I recommend to watch it in 1.25x speed. Timestamps: 0:00 Intro 6:06 Spring 2 46:03 Spring 3 The only challenge for the first 2 days is how to optimize your mining, since you'll need about 3000G just by mining those 10G packs alone. Understanding the stamina/fatigue mechanic is essential. You can work until your character reaches 0 stamina and 50 fatigue mark. This maximizes the efficiency of hot spring since it restores 2 stamina and 1 fatigue per game minute, so one hour of hot spring effectively brings you back to full health (100 stamina, 0 fatigue). Planting cucumber on Spring 2 is a must to get the mystic berry as soon as possible (which is on Spring 11), without which we can't work in the rain. Thus in the first 10 days I employed double-savefile system in case the weather forecast goes wrong. Turnip is the cheapest and fastest way to get the waterfall power berry, since you need 10 of them, and they give a nice profit margin as well. Lastly, giving Karen two moondrop flowers everyday is necessary to get the moondrop seeds available before Spring 20-ish mark. Emulator used: ePSXe 2.05 Graphic settings: https://imgur.com/ejW0Com
