FIREBALL SCORCHES LARSON~LUTZ~LAFAWNDUH~THE 55~FOODSTAMPS! WINS $40K! RT66!

Battling rain, wind and chilly conditions, Ryan Martin and his Fireball Camaro along with other Street Outlaws and No Prep Kings managed to put on a great show at RT66 Joliet! Rain all day Friday and into the night with cold temps plus high winds led to a very sketchy track surface late at night and Saturday wasn't a whole lot better but at least there wasn't rain in the forecast. Ryan managed to take out everyone one by one to win the 32 Car Invitational and the $40k prize! In round one he takes on Ryan Hendrickson's Foodstamps Mustang in which Hendrickson gets the jump with a wild wheelstand and looks to upset the Fireball only to loose control and tag the wall as the Fireball crosses the finish line with the win. In the second round Ryan takes on Chuck Parker's The 55 and Chuck pulls out quickly only to loose traction and narrowly missing the wall as Ryan powers on to the win. In the third round Ryan takes on Mike Murillo's LaFawnduh Mustang. Murillo jumps early as Ryan easily goes on for the win. Then in round four Ryan takes on Jeff Lutz's 57 chevy. Lutz has early issues as the Fireball rolls on to the win and the final round against Mr. Drag Week Larry Larson's S10. The final race was well worth the wait as both drivers were neck to neck the whole way with the Fireball just getting the win as Larson came on strong. What a race to end the night!
