My Farewell Speech June 13, 2017, exactly 2 years from now that I have been crowned as Mutya ning Amsic 2017. I was so nervous and at the same time I felt excited and proud of myself I'd been able to compete as a Beautiful Lady in our Barangay. I didn't know what would happen on stage, but I took the chance to do my very best to show them that I'm confident enough and qualified to reign as the title holder. Until now, As I've walk on this stage, I can still feel the same excitement and pressure I felt that night. Back then, I said to myself: "Even if it's just Best In Talent, I'll be satisfied.", but I did not expect to have won numerous awards. And because of the Title that was given to me, I was able to represent our very own Barangay in Mutya ning Angeles 2017. It was an honor and a great privilege as a Beauty Queen. I would like to extend my gratitude to God for everything he had done for me, To my family and friends, as they have supported me ever since, and to my handler, thank you for making me the most gorgeous woman that night. And tonight will be the night wherein I shall be stepping down from this title for another Lady to rightfully take it. But, despite the person chosen, always remember that we are all beautiful and perfect in our own way. Be true to yourself and kind for we are all precious Pearls of this nation. Once again, I am Jannette Gomez Zapata, your Mutya ning Amsic 2017.
