State house has released the terms of engagement with the youth and other players under the national multi-sectoral forum that is supposed to engage in talks sparked by unprecedented protests over punitive taxation measures by the Kenya Kwanza administration. Two days after President William Ruto declined to sign the finance bill 2024 into law. A letter by the Head of Public Service Felix Koskei is calling for formation of a 100-member national steering committee that will include two members each from all stakeholders. The stakeholders have been asked to nominate representatives to the steering committee on or before 7th July 2024.
