Walking Downtown Portland beginning at Pioneer Place Mall then to 12th and Burnside, and then towards the Waterfront to the Saturday Market. There are have been changes in downtown since my last upload of downtown in April 2023: the Target has announced a permanently closure on the 21st, the Ritz Carlton is nearly complete and set to open on the 31st, a Shake Shack has opened up on 10th and Burnside, the food carts on 5th and Oak have been rearranged into the Midtown Beer Garden, and the Washington Center building on 5th and Washington has been boarded up. Video was recorded on the 13th and 14th of October.
