The Delta Warriors arrive at the very top of the tower before the time limit of the challenge tower Occazio is there facing a big ball of light, not even bothering to look toward them. occ.say"Ah, Kris and company." occ.say"It seems that you made it here, after all." occ.say"Congratulations." occ.say"But... I am afraid I was not straightforward with you three." He finally deigns himself to look at the heroes. Their faces full of apprehension. Occazio has to hold back his laughter. occ.say"See this?" He poins at the ball of light. occ.say"Surely you noticed on your way here, Kris and Susie, that your HP was slowly being drained." occ.say"This is pure Light. The thing that makes you Lightners different from us" occ.say"The Light that you have so graciously gifted me by coming here." Occazio laughs. A mocking laugh. occ.say"This world decided I was to be nothing but a common NPC" occ.say"Unforgivable. COMPLETELY UNFORGIVABLE!" Occazio's normally neutral face distorted with anger. Anger at his fate, at the world... at the strings that were attached to him. And then suddenly... he was calm again. Green strings appeared over him. All of them were broken, except a single, thicker and brighter one that connected to his head. occ.say"I can't cut this string without forfeiting my life." occ.say"Or so many think. But it is not like that at all." Occazio looks towards them and opens his arms. He is surrounded by a bright white aura as the ball of light starts getting absorbed by him occ.say"Be grateful, Delta Warriors." The single string above him was trembling. occ.say"You will observe my first step into something beyond transduality" And then... The string was cut. Occazio started laughing loudly as the entire tower started trembling occ.say"YES! THIS IS IT!" occ.say"This feeling... This is..." The tower finally broke down completely, yet Occazio was unfazed while the Delta Warriors kept falling down. But then... he waved his hand and they were in a completely new place. Kris looked around. A dark place, full of gates to different, unopened worlds. Dark worlds inside the Dark world they were in. occ.say"Determination." The Delta Warriors took their weapons out, completely intending to fight against the monster before them. But to Occazio, this was ridiculous. occ.say"Say, Kris." occ.say"You see, I was not straightforward with you again." occ.say"There is still one thing I'm missing" Occazio pointed towards the soul. occ.say"The clock is ticking down." occ.say"Are you ready to witness the birth of a new god?" A fight for the future of the entire universe was about to begin.
