Good Morning all, hope your all doing well, This is a long ride split into 3 maybe 4 pts, Jarrow to Scotswood west Newcastle then onto Howden and North Shields. Im cycling 30 miles, longest ride this year, using the Keelmans Cycle way and Hadrians Way Cycle route 72. 6/8/23 5.45am weather was good cycling, weather 10c, 15mph breeze head on to start with. Heading West to start of with to Scotswood then Back East to North Shields Marina onto Jarrow, Hope you enjoy this video, its not been edited and you can use it for an indoor cycling or spinning session.
