Saved up 9M Honor through the past 3 event coin shops. Wiped out the medal of honor from New Age, Minar Picnic and Mapril Island's coin shops. Finally after 8 years of maining Bishop I have the (almost) perfect inner ability. TLDW: 5M honor cost. Gains: Likely ~3-4% FD. Overall, I would suggest that rolling for +1AS, Unique Buff duration is very expensive honor wise (due to the difficulty in rolling for Unique buff duration), and provides little gains over 50 Buff Duration. However, the QOL at the same time is worth it because I am now able to better stop my attacks and telecast more smoothly. Perfect IA for Explorer mage is more of welfare purposes rather than necessity. Also gains are still gains.
