There are different night markets and local markets every day in Ao Nang offering loads of choices in street food, Thai restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. There are different markets and night markets every day in Ao Nang and there are also others in the towns nearby, so keep an eye out if you’re traveling around the area. I personally think seeing the markets is one of the best things to do in Krabi Thailand! Most of the markets sell very similar items: Fresh foods, fruit & vegetables, meat & seafood, prepared local Thai foods & street food, souvenirs, clothes, shoes, kitchen appliances as well as many other things. The day and night markets are a great place to shop and to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand, and they're fun places to visit. They're not like your Asian Supermarket or Oriental grocery store back home! And they're a great place to try traditional Thai foods, authentic Thai cuisine, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai foods in Thailand. Best of all, the shopping is fun and the food is cheap! Eating at markets is a great way to save money on your Thailand holidays or while you tour Thailand. Love Asian food?
