Why would Shenandoah County sheriff Carter come to court just to throw this one case out today because that's his friend that used to be on the police force Jonathan Heishman, prosecutor Elizabeth Cooper told me she's friends with the Heishmans it's a Small Town we're all friends get used to it. Elizabeth Cooper the corrupt County prosecutor tells ells me I can't record the conversation and then lies and tells the officers I was swearing. she's a lying nasty individual but was trying to cause bodily harm to another person today because her friend was being charged with the howling dog, imagine if there's something more serious what would she do and how would she lie then?
