Blue Band Peanut butter chicken served with rice Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast (boneless) Cooking oil - 1 tbsp Salt to taste 1/4 tsp of black pepper 2 onions - sliced Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp 1 big tomato sliced Blue Band Peanut butter - 1 tbsp Coconut milk - 1 cup Cut the chicken into cubes. Add oil to a hot pan. Add the chicken, plus salt and the black pepper. Cook on medium high heat for 5 mins. Put the chicken aside. Add onions, fry until transluscent. Add ginger and garlic then tomatoes and salt to taste. Then add the peanut butter, stir and add the coconut milk bring to a boil then put in the chicken pieces.
