The Dallas-based restaurant only hires justice-involved youth. Now the model is going national, with new restaurants soon opening in Nashville and Pittsburgh. Founded by chef Chad Houser, his nonprofit organization, Momentum Advisory Collective, works with local court systems, juvenile centers, high schools, and social services in order to reduce the recidivism rate of the 728,000 youth that enter the system every year.
