Hi everyone! It's been a long time since I last uploaded but sorry for that - second year has hit me workload-wise! Back in November I spoke with Goodness, who's in her first year of the Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics STP🌟 it's a bit of a lesser-known specialism so it took me a little while to find someone but I'm so glad I got to speak with her because she gave a fab insight into what they get up to! They cover both the molecular and serology side of things to try to find the best donor for people needing transplants - they're so crucial especially with the long list of patients that are needing these. We also spoke about her background before the STP and how she found the 2021 applications - which we're obviously a bit different to the years before!
