Intermediate FEETUP YOGA Flow (HEADSTANDS, CLAVES & HIPS STRETCH) - YogaCandi

Release emotional & muscular tension through deep hip and calf stretches using the feetup trainer. We'll be practising inverted pigeon pose to get deeper into the hips and to practice balance in our headstands. (You can still do this class whether or not you own a FeetUp trainer by doing traditional inversions on your mat instead). If you're still a beginner or not confident with lifting your feet just yet then I recommend repeating my other classes and doing my 7-day FeetUp challenge until you feel confident enough to take your FeetUp practice to the next level.
