Some days we do not want to leave the house, we are a little nervous inside, tired of everything that is happening, life seems intense, too intense. The day I recorded this meditation I felt like this... It was a rainy day in India, non-stop rain for more than 3 hours, heavy rain! After it stopped, I decided to play this meditation for myself and for all of you. It helped me a lot! after that half hour I ended up calmer, more still, with a deeper sense of sensitivity than before. I hope it helps you all as much as it did me.
