Learn how to make delicious Hariyali Kababs for your Ramadan Iftar and share your feedback with us. #hariyalikabab #vegetablekabab #iftarrecipe Hariyali Kabab Ingredients for Kabab Mixture: Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup Peas (boiled) 1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 cup Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Ingredients for Flour Batter: All-purpose flour 1 cup Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Water as required Ingredients for Hariyali Kabab Preparation: Kabab mixture as required Flour batter as required Bread crumbs as required Oil (for frying) as required Directions for Kabab Mixture Preparation: 1. In a bowl add capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, peas, mashed potatoes, green chilies, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper crushed, red chili flakes, salt and mix it well. 2. Make vertical kabab shapes from this mixture and set aside. Directions for Flour Batter Preparation: 3. In a bowl add flour, red chili powder, salt, water and mix it well to form a runny mixture for coating. Set aside. Directions for Hariyali Kabab Preparatio: 4. Take the prepared kabab and dip them in flour batter. Coat in bread crumbs and then shallow fry until they get golden brown. 5. Your Hariyali Kabab are ready. Serve and enjoy.
