Hey Glamour Gang 🌤️💕✈️ Come along with me for another vlog. I’m sure you can tell my the title, it’s about me managing life after a break up. In this video, I took a day trip to New York City but i wasnt able to truly escape the sadness. 😕 This video was by far the most difficult for me to post. Watching the old footage from February was extremely triggering for me and honestly, I’m really nervous about sharing this side of myself on the internet. Nevertheless, on this channel I want to offer you all transparency. In highlight, I recognize that I masked my emotions a lot in my day to day life. But, behind the scenes I was attending weekly therapy sessions, going to the gym religiously, I was reading a lot of books on relationships, and I started vlogging more seriously to distract myself from the pain. Im uploading this video in hopes to connect with others who may be dealing with the same issues and to find other individuals that can offer support and words of encouragement to those that need it.
