We envision an environment that promotes improved mental wellbeing and the eradication of social stigma and discrimination against the mentally ill. To depict the journey of mental health patients from diagnosis to recovery, we will publish videos regularly. Our content ranges from Mental Disorder 101 and Mental Health Human Library. This video belongs to the “Mental Health Human Library” series. We interviewed Riceball, a severe depression patient and Year 5 medical student. This is the first half of our interview, in which Riceball shared the process of being diagnosed and their life living with depression.
