THE CHARACTER EXAMINATION Swedish playwright and film director, Ingmar Bergman, was known globally for his significant role in directing a plethora of critically acclaimed dramas. In one of his most vulnerable works, "Wild Strawberries" (1957), Bergman describes the feverish place between the harsh reality and distant memories, through the inseparable experiences the main character Isak Borg endures as he journeys through minuscule moments of his past. "Wild Strawberries" provides discourse into the psychoanalytical components that exist in almost all of Bergman's intimate narratives. In episode 009, we assess this active psychoanalytical study to further understand the immense transition Borg experiences as he looks into his past for answers that remain buried deep in the human consciousness.
