Hey y'all! Today I wanted to put out this SAB etiquette video as promised! Apologies for the angle and scratched top of the SAB, didn't realize it till post-production haha. Eitherway today we discussed: - SAB Cleaning - SAB Equipment - SAB Etiquette - Agar to Agar Transfer - Liquid Culture Syringe to Agar (applicable for multi-spore syringe as well) - Gran n' Drag I did mess up when mentioning monokaryons dikaryotizing and beginning meiosis, meant to say plasmogamy. Plasmogamy leads to karyogamy which then leads to meiosis. All the technical jargon can get a little confusing sometimes haha. I plan to make a video discussing Monokaryons and Dikaryons in the future, stay tuned for that.
