Originally from the U.S., Nicole Farnsworth has lived and worked in Kosovo for 11 years, primarily with civil society organizations. A researcher, writer, and gender equality activist, she has co/authored several influential reports dealing with gender equality, gender-responsive budgeting, domestic violence and women’s participation in decision-making processes, informing important policy changes in Kosovo. Me origjinë nga SHBA, Nicole Farnsworth ka jetuar dhe punuar në Kosovë për 11 vjet, kryesisht me organizata të shoqërisë civile. Si studiuse, autore, dhe aktiviste për barazi gjinore, ajo ka qenë bashkë-autore e disa raporteve me ndikim që kanë të bëjnë me barazinë gjinore, buxhetimin e përgjegjshëm gjinor, dhunën në familje dhe pjesëmarrjen e grave në proceset vendim-marrëse, duke krijuar kështu ndryshime të rëndësishme politike në Kosovë.
