DLC came out early but video probably would have been late anyway. This is a video where I break down how One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 works and how good or bad each of the characters from the Base Game and first Character Pass are. Good for new players coming in for the new DLC, returning players who haven't played in a while and even current players who can still learn a thing or two they didn't know about the game.
