We can talk to our audiences on a global scale and across so many platforms,” highlights Wintour. Regards sustainability in the fashion business, Wintour believes “everybody is aware of this issue and are taking huge steps. Covid and this period of reflection has given us all time to consider how to approach fashion in a sustainable way. And today’s students need to help us.” Looking at digital transformation, Enninful says that “social media has opened us up to a world with no borders. We cannot ignore anymore what is out there and what the youth are looking at.” On a closing note talking about fashion weeks across Europe, Wintour says “we would love to see more celebration of diversity and inclusion”.
