Eh not the best run, I took a mean headbutt and I could've played better overall, but I kind of wanted to record something in Iceborne cause it's been a while. Frostfang Barioth is a decent fight, his addition was a bit odd in between Stygian and Alatreon I believe and the overall powercreep of that game, but still a good addition, having a variant of Barioth in Iceborne was a perfect. Walking into Frostfang's ice traps is actually not a bad thing ; if you manage to walk out of them fast enough, you get a free opening, because Frostfang Barioth always does a double headbutt when you walk into them. It feels like a "the floor is lava" fight, where you try to not step into the ice and position yourself correctly to counter attack Frostfang Barioth. Overall I think he could've had a couple more new and unique moves, but it's still decently designed. I wanted to change a bit from slaplance and record an actual run with Normal Gunlance this time, and actually use shelling. Since I also did a run with Long Gunalance on Bambaro, I think the next time I record an Iceborne video with Gunlance, it'll be a matchup I like with Wide Gunlance. #monsterhunter #monsterhunterworld #iceborne
