Want baked Mac and cheese but don't feel like shredding cheese, mixing eggs, and building flavor from scratch? Try this instead! List: 1 box of Mac and cheese of choice 1 cup of macaroni noodles 1-2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon 4 oz softened cream cheese 4 oz melted butter 1/4 cup sour cream 24 oz shredded cheese 1 1/2 cups of milk Salt Pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Parsley Paprika Tony Chachere Boil water with chicken bouillon Add pasta and boil until Al dente' Drain pasta and do not rinse Return to pot and add cheese packet that came with the box mac, melted butter, cream cheese and sour cream , stir well , add half cup of milk and half cheese mixture season with 1/2 teaspoon of all seasonings except salt and stir well.. taste and if needed add salt Grease a 9-10 inch skillet with butter Add half the pasta mixture half of the remaining cheese, drizzle about 3/4 milk over the top, then add the second half of the noodle mixture, drizzle 1/2 cup of milk on top and then top with remaining cheese..
