I traveled downtown here in my city and talked to so many local women over coffee. So many of us have a similar story of the insecurities and yes, some stupidity in our youth! I talk about my family and closest friends...and how I had to come to terms with only feeling empathy for other people's pain but not their joy. Once I changed this, a new world opened up to me where I could feel genuine hope and a deeper love for all around me. Nobody has all the answers in this world...and I don't pretend to have any special wisdom...but I do share my life here.
