Red Bull Ring, Nissan GT-R Nismo - Lap Challenge Track Guide

With the dropping of Update 1.36 for GT7 we also have a new special Lap Time Challenge event to complement the release of the new Gran Turismo movie. The event is running until the end of September, over 50 days. This video was filmed on the first day of the event and the times are only going to come down from here. When I filmed my runs the Gold standard stood at a low 1 min 31, by today when I posted the standard was into the high 1 min 30s. It'll keep coming down as we head deeper into the event. This is a quick video to show my best lap with what gears I'm in and the lines I'm taking. I hope it might help a few people find a tenth or two and claim a few extra credits. I've also uploaded my ghost replay for you to download as further assistance. Just go into the Showcase section and seach for Toughmonkey in the Content Search area. I'm a 45 year old gamer with lots of other demands on my time so I only get a few hours a week to race these days. I use a Fanatec CSL Elite wheel and pedals mounted to a Wheelstand Pro.
