I used to main Thunder Breaker a few years ago so I decided very early that I'm making one as a boss mule. TB is a very very strong boss mule due to it's consistent high DPM and most of it's damage coming from boost nodes. I'm boosting only 2 skills (Thunderbolt and Annihilate) and not using Typhoon at all while bursting because I was very new and therefore very low on nodes when I was building TB. I probably used less than 200 nodes to get those 2 skills to level 60. TB is an easy class to pick up because you're only mashing 2 keys, has a 45s CD i-frame and basically no animation lock at AS10 (you can easily chain into Tidal Crash or Ascension to dodge). Being a DPM class with weak burst also means that you're not really affected by only having Erda Nova up every other burst.
