So let's see how to prepare these things in the most delicious way... 🔆 අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය 1. බාස්මති හාල් 1kg 2. කැරට් ලීක්ස් 250g බැගින් 3. තලාගත් ඉඟුරු සුදු ලූණූ මේස හැදි 4 4. බිත්තර 6 - 8 5. කෑලි මිරිස් 6. ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු 7. ලුණු සහ සීනි රස අනුව.. 8. සුප් කැට 2 ( දානවා නම් විතරක් ) 9. තෙල් 250 ml ♻️ බාස්මතී සහල් මුලින්ම සෝදා 20min පමණ පෙගෙන්න තබන්න. ♻️ ඊට පස්සෙ වැඩිපුර වතුර ප්‍රමාණයක් රත් වූ පසු හාල් දමා තම්බා ගන්න. ( තෙල් මේස හැදි එකක් එකතු කර ගන්න) ♻️ හාල්ටික තැම්බූ පසු වතුර පෙරා බත් එක හොදින් නිවා ගන්න. 🔆 චිකන් ඩෙවල් එක සදහා.. 1. චිකන් 1kg 2. තක්කාලි සෝස් 100g 3. ලීක්ස් දණ්ඩක් 4. මාලු මිරිස් 5. අමු මිරිස් 6. ලොකු ලූණූ 7. තක්කාලි 8. ඉගුරු සහ සුදු ලූණු 9. කෑලි මිරිස් 10. ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු 11. සීනි - මේස හැදි 2 12. ලුණු ⭕ අවශ්‍ය එළවලු කැමති ප්‍රමාණයට එකතු කර ගන්න.
