Did I miss anything on this road trip down Oregon's coastline? I don't think so! It took two weeks to stop at every town (and other features - like the famed lighthouses and viewpoints). The Oregon Coast is almost entirely accessible by vehicle. It is 362 miles long from north to south. It also has a couple other names and designations: Highway 101, The People's Coast and The Pacific Coast Scenic Byway. It's also an All American Road, which is a Federal Highway Administration designation. The criteria for an All American Road is that it must feature two or more intrinsic qualities that are nationally significant and do not exist elsewhere.
