DIY Decoupage Damask Vase With Rhinestones For My Mom/Decor Ideas (HD) I made this vase for my beautiful mother. It was not easy to decoupage because of the shape of the vase but take your time and it is possible. Apple Barrel Matte White https://www.walmart.com/ip/Apple-Barr... the 4oz ones are only .50 each but you can only buy them at the store. 3.) Mod Podge I use the glossy one 4.) Paint Brushes 5.) Pouncer Brushes 6.) Paper Napkins https://www.partycity.com/ruby-annive... 9.) Clear Gloss http://www.homedepot.com/p/Mod-Podge-... 10.) 3 cups of water (One for paint, One for Glue brush, and one clean water for separating the napkin) 11.) Matching paint. I took a napkin to Lowes and had them mix and match paint for me. 12.) Plastic Wrap A tiny bit about myself: Hi, my name is Ivelisse. I've been artistic and creative my whole life.
