Fun fact, this tour takes you right through the OLDEST WORKING rail tunnel in the United States! Not only is it the oldest, but Abraham Lincoln rode through this tunnel 2 times in his life time! Once to deliver the Gettysburg Address, & the second after his assassination. This railway also played a key part in the Civil War in and around the battle of Gettysburg. Many believe, that had the Union not have been able to defend this Railway against the Confederates...
