This is the Case V-42 Stiletto, a knife so famous it's adorned the crests of multiple SF groups. Only 3000 of these amazing knives are thought to have been produced, with far less surviving to present day. V-42's went almost exclusively to members of the elite First Special Service Force (also known as The Devil's Brigade), with a few others issued to special groups in the Navy, Marine, and Army paratroopers.
