For those of you who know me, I like unusual vehicles. Hense, the Gremlin and my AMC fetish. Then, in the blue, right before my eyes is this cooler than cool Chevy Apache. I have to admit, when a friend asked me to tow his 1959 Apache, I couldn't picture what one looked like. I had a picture of a rusty relic of a 50s pick up but to my surprise it was quite nice. He told me a story of a guy wanting to turn it into a dump truck to run trash to the dump, so I figured it had to be pretty trashed itself. NOPE! wrong on all assumptions. Take a walk with me around this unusual truck, and listen the owner tell you it's story.
